Returns:
If you’re not happy with your purchase or does not fit your application, we offer retail customers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to returned items.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@retmarine.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Once we have received the item(s) and confirmed they are in the original condition, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account.
Refunds:
If your order arrived damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement depending on your preference. Please notify our customer service team at sales@retmarine.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and attach a photo of the damaged item(s).
In case of any other issues, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt of your order. We strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
All refunds will be processed within 14 working days after confirming the returned item is in the original condition.
Cancellation Policy:
On cancellation of an order by The Buyer, The Buyer is liable for cancellation costs in the sum of 10% of the value of the goods/services to be supplied. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
